"Item showed in stock on website"

Item showed in stock on website. After one week of the order status still reading in process, I called customer service. I was told my order was packaged and on the loading dock ready to ship that day. After a few more days of the order status still saying in process, I called back. I was then told the item was out of stock and on backorder. All this time I was never contacted by BenQ. I then had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Will never buy from BenQ again

"Not shipped when ordered"

Service was fine except I ordered it, my card was charged, then literally 5 days later I received a phone call to "confirm my order" so it could ship the following day. Now I was hoping to receive the item around the day I was called to say "yes I went through all the effort of checking out online because I do in fact want it" to an employee 5 days after I thought I bought it so he could say "ok it should go out tomorrow". Usually when you buy something, going through all of that and clicking on the confirm order tab is the confirmation that you actually want it and would like it shipped.

"Monitor was ordered several days before …"

Monitor was ordered several days before Thanksgiving, but not shipped till the following week. This was our second 2760HS To be used in a dual monitor set up. Unfortunately, upon set up, the colors between the two monitors are significantly different even though we spent time trying to adjust them. We called customer support and Were told this was normal, and that panels vary. Disappointing From a good company that usually offers great products.
