Glad i havent seen this for years now but the PTSD of hearing it EVERYSINGLE BLOODY HOUR gives me Vietnamese flashbacks. Now for the past above sentences i do apologise for all the people involved with Pat pat, im sure you all have good intentions. I only just wanted to let you know that i never want to see another one of these adds. Sure its not your fault and i blame it all on Youtube after all, but sincerely have a nice day.

I know I could have had you ship them but couldn't figure out how to do that so just had them mailed to me and I mailed them.

I placed an order with plenty of time for my product to show up. There was an issue with shipping (not the company's fault) and my package did not arrive on time. I requested a return/refund and was promptly answered by customer service in a very polite manner. They were kind enough to offer not just a refund, but I was able to keep the product as well, instead of having to deal with the hassle of the return process. The customer service representative went over and above to be polite and interested in the conversation, not just responding because they had to. All in all a very pleasant experience and I will be ordering from PatPat again in the future.
