"Später Kundenservice für ein sehr gutes Fahrrad"

Seit neun Tagen versuche ich bereits vergeblich den Kundenservice wegen eines defekten Rücklichts am Siena zu erreichen. Ergebnis: zwei formale Mail-Antworten mit Versprechungen der raschen Rückmeldung, Telefon ist nicht besetzt.
Schade, denn das trübt die Freude am gelungenen E-Bike enorm.
Schließlich hat sich Legend dennoch gemeldet und kostenlos ein Rücklicht zugeschickt. Dafür bin ich dankbar - wahrscheinlich geht es bei anderen Kunden dann schneller...

Wow, wat een service!
Vriendelijk, behulpzaam, correct ... rondom een aanrader! Wij kochten 2 fietsen, wouden ze geleverd zien in Spanje op een bepaalde datum (een dikke maand na bestelling) en dit werd zo uitgevoerd. De fietsen zelf zijn fantastisch om mee te rijden, spijtig dat we deze niet vroeger hebben aangeschaft ;-)(Speciale dank gaat uit naar Ariadna Fernandez)
