I bought the Etna model in the beginning of the year to use it as my main transport for commuting to work. I am very satisfied with it, the quality of the bike (immaculate after almost an year using it).

I am also very satisfied with costumer service. They are quick and very helpful all the times. 5 stars

I have to make a 20 min Ride from home to the metro station and then 30 min by metro to my work in Porto city center.

Since roads in Portugal (outside city centers) are bumpy, all terrain, full of holes, and in cobblestone, it feels like I am doing a professional all terrain mountain track full of danger and adrenaline, every time I go to work.

If I have bought another simpler bike, I believe I would be full of back pain by now, and would have fallen a dozen times.

Also it folds and I can bring it on the metro with me... Which is pretty cool.

I ordered a bike from a retailer in Portugal, and everything went perfectly. The bike itself (Legend Siena) is briliiant: easy to use, very well built and an absolute game changer for my urban mobility.
In addition, I needed help after the purchase to obtain extra documentation to submit for an environmental subsidy, and the customer support was extremely helpful and very fast in their response. I would absolutely recommend Legend!

Livré en moins d'une semaine, très beau vélo arrivé avec tous les accessoires montés et prêt à l'emploi, la potence rotative est très pratique. Facilement pliable et semble très solide, produit de bonne qualité à un prix resonable. Je ne l'ai pas encore essayé sur de longues distances. Pour l'instant je suis très satisfait de mon achat.

"They sold me a bike with a clear issue…"

They sold me a bike with a clear issue (two repairmen are confirming that).
They never answered my call or offered me any way to repair it. They don't want to take it back as the issue was raised after 30 days.

The customer service don't speak my language (french). They offer to go to "official shops", but in Bordeaux none of these official shops have never heard about them.

Be very careful, it is a scam that will cost you at leat 1400€.

"Vélo Monza arnaque et SAV honteux"

J'ai acheté un Monza en juin 24 ; les rayons se dérèglent sans cesse occasionnant un bruit infernal et le moteur se met en auto-freinage dans les montées à 10%. Le SAV botte en touche, c'est une véritable honte pour un objet à un tel prix !!! Je déconseille fortement l'achat d'un vélo chez Legend eBikes !

"Ein Siena-Rad gekauft"

Ein Siena-Rad gekauft. Dem ist nach zwei Monaten der Ständer aus dem Rahmen gebrochen. Rad wurde ersetzt. Beim neuen Rad nach 9 Monaten dasselbe passiert. Wieder Ständer an der selben Stelle (!!) herausgebrochen! Reaktion von Legend-E-Bikes:
Sie haben das Fahrrad unsachgemäß verwendet.
Auf die Frage, wie man einen Fahrradständer "unsachgemäß" verwenden soll, hieß es:
Wir schicken Ihnen etwas zum Selber-Schweißen zu.
Und das obwohl sowohl gesetzliche Gewährleistungspflicht von einem Jahr besteht, als auch Garantie auf den Rahmen von zwei Jahren versprochen wurde. Viel Briefverkehr. Viele Ausflüchte. Meine anfängliche Freude über das coole Bike hat sich in einen langfristigen Ärger gewandelt.

"J'ai acheté un légend-bike type siena…"

J'ai acheté un légend-bike type siena en mai de cette année. Pour tout dire, je me suis dis au début que je n'avais peut-être pas fait le bon choix car le vélo me paraissait un poil lourdingue. Et puis après quelques aménagements en terme de porte bagage j'ai pris la route pour un voyage de trois mille kms avec matos complet de camping, toutes mes flûtes, une guitare et des panneaux solaires pour ne pas être dépendant des prises électriques. Au début j'en ai bavé puis il s'est vite révélé que le vélo était parfaitement adapté. Absolument confortable avec ses pneus ballon, solide dans toute les situations y compris sur les routes pleines de trous de Bulgarie. L'entraînement aidant je me suis aussi aperçu petit à petit que le vélo était remarquablement conçu en terme de vitesse et de démultiplication de l'effort. Bien sûr j'utilisais la batterie principalement pour les côtes ou en fin de journée après mes 60 ou 70 kms. Dernier point le 28 novembre je suis revenu de Bulgarie par un flixbus. Le fait de pouvoir plier le vélo a été un atout déterminant pour pouvoir monter dans le car. Bref je recommande vivement ce modèle qui marche terrible pour le voyage mais qui peut aussi se plier pour prendre facilement un train ou un car.
