Michelle in sales answered all of my questions with understanding that I was equipped with very basic knowledge. Very quick to get back to me. Mike helped resolve a filter issue I had with promptness and very calming demeanor. Customer service in so many areas is failing, however your crew has its spot on. Attending to the customer does not have to be “old school” it should be at the forefront of every business, these two have nailed it. Customer for life Or as long as I’m cooking
