staff was very helpful, but shipping was/is a complete rip-off. over $500 to send 4 smallish part for hood install, more than the cost of the parts! should have been offered at time of purchase and sent with hood to avoid this additional wait time and cost. i shipped car xross-country recently for not that much more!!!
