I just ordered my vent hood. I have been stressing about this for some time. I’ve talked to people at restaurant supply places about ordering and got no where since I have a low ceiling.

Debbie made it super easy. She asked questions and built a package based on my needs and limitations. She was super patient and even revised my order a couple of times adding things and taking away other items so I could make the best possible decisions based on limited budgeting.

I’m thrilled that this giant step has been started and I’m not worrying and stressing about it any longer. I only wish I’d found this company faster! I look forward to getting the vent hood! I’m sure it will be the same quality as I experienced in their customer service.
