We purchased a used HoodMart ventless hood and had problems getting it to turn on and stay on. Called and spoke with Mike O. who walked us through every step to diagnose the issue and fix it. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and patient through the process and thanks to him we were able to getting it working and certified.
