I called last week to order some filters. The woman on the phone said she would send me a quote by email and I never got the email. After 5 days I finally went online to order them from your website.
I don’t like to give negative reviews but in this situation there is no excuse. I have ordered several times from your business over the years.

"TRANSPARENCY IS KEY"

Time is money and when I am waiting for a delivery. The longer I wait the more I'm loosing money. Well, this is not so much the case but on another level. From the time of the placing the order to receiving the product...great. But in-between I felt there was more of CYA than customer service. I got notice that the job was finished and out of your hands but not word on delivery. I had to call to find out when I would receive my order. When I did the Track your order I received the order not found. I couldn't even get a ballpark estimate of when. The day that I got through was the day of delivery. That caused me to loose out on scheduling the installation of my hood. I lost a whole weekend to getting started on my trailer. I just think there should be better communication to the consumer than just... ( Hey, I did my part. You need to talk to the delivery service. ) If I had a ballpark range of delivery I could of given my guy a heads up that it would be here shortly. I had no idea it was in Jacksonville already and would have been available.
