I purchased a new hood electrician that was hired didn't really understand the controls so I called tech support I talked with a gentleman named Tommy, explain what my situation was and what was going on this guy is amazing without even seeing what I had he was going off what I was telling him and he was able to correct every problem with no trouble at all he knows this control box inside and out. I didn't just get tech support for my problem it was explained to me how the function of the box works in case there is any other future problems that I would have a idea of where to check can't speak much for the equipment because it's brand new it's very high tech so far works flawless but regardless I believe even if the product was garbage because of the tech support that I got I think you can make anything work on that note alone I say the company is top-notch at least they have a customer support program that knows what they're doing and is on top of things I don't know if that guy was a supervisor or not but he should be getting a pay raise.
