Mike is extremely knowledgeable of the product and was outstanding in his technical support. He led me through the control logic panel/logic and it's connections to the vent hood system in an easy and very understandable way.

Mike also made contact with me to ensure I was able to complete the wiring we had discussed the previous week. He took my call the day the system went live to ensure system was ready for power.

Mike's support went above and beyond any other technical support I have known in either my personal or professional life in facility management.

They were pretty prompt and answered questions rather efficiently. Just know that if one can afford it, the suppression system/hood package is a great deal. At least I think so, though I wasn't rich enough to get both at the same time. I did the hood and added the suppresion system later and it was a bit more pricier. Plus Hoodmart, as far as I gather, won't sell the SS independently, but only w/da purchase of a hood. I kinda wish I could have waited a lil longer and got both. Nonetheless it didn't play out for me that way.
