"hood mart was a bad choice , should have went with another manufacture"

purchased a hood package from Roger Freeman on4/15/24 and was told that it would be delivered in 3 to 5 business days with this being said received tracking numbers on4/18/24 and tracked the delivery to4/23/24 so I could schedule to close our restaurant 4/24/24 to install the hood mart hood only to find the shipment is incomplete when I called (Roger Freeman ) the sales guy to inquire about the missing pieces he contacted customer service then this is the reply we get from (Mike Oswalt) SORRY the fan is on back order (REALLY)we couldn't have been notified on 4/18/24 THIS IS NOT EXCEPTABLE TO CLOSE A BUISNESS DO TO YOUR IGNORANCE I WANT COMPENSATED FOR MY LOST OF REVENUE THIS WAS A ONE DAY CLOSURE THAT NOW TURNED INTO TWO DUE TO HOOD MARTS LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND IS TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE
