Mike was excellent in explaining the different aspects of the controller like how it functioned, proper wiring techniques, and tips along the way. He was always prompt to return a phone call and super patient along the course of the job. The fact that I was able to speak directly with an engineer who knew every part of the system is worth its weight in gold. 11 out of 10 for going above and beyond.

EDIT: WE FINALLY GOT APPROVAL AFTER MONTHS OF HEADACHES AND THOUSANDS IN ELECTRICAL MODIFICATIONS APPROVED BY THE CITY.... VERY EXPENSIVE FIX WE HAD TO PAY FOR VERY UNHAPPY
