I was fortunate enough to have an expert technician to help me with any of my questions and pick the perfect hood for my particular needs. Deb was very knowledgeable and capable and provided a quote immediately.

This was a nightmare from start, I never got a confirmation of the order after paying every penny when I ordered. It took almost 2 months to receive the purchase, then there is no piping. When asking for it, I was told they don't understand what piping. I paid for a Fire Suppression system, yes currently i have electric equipment but planned to convert to gas, not that this should matter, the system should be operable for either. Horrible service, you are never updated on your thousands of dollars order, unless you contact them. Now I have a system without the piping needed to deliver the solution from the tank through the hood to suppress the fire, and CS has no clue.
