I did not like the fact it took a few days to actually speak to someone to answer my questions about the product. However, once I finally had a conversation regarding the product the representative was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the item. Then when I called back twice I could not get that same representative on the phone to ask one more question. It was a tad bit disappointing.

I reached out to the company and instantly got a hold of Chad. He responded quick to all of my thousands of questions and instantly had emailed me tracking after it shipped. Easy company to get ahold of, and very friendly and fast customer service.

"The product did not arrive on time"

Update…The product did not arrive on time. When I talked to customer service they kept saying that they would never quote a timeline when their website gives timelines on delivery dates. Yellow trucking delayed the shipment and left me with 1 day to demo and install the product.

Worked with Hoodmart’s management and was able to resolve the matter. Although it wasn’t Hoodmart’s fault they were understanding and worked with me to push Yellow to deliver asap.
