Put in the order, they took my money in full, the hood took a very long time to be shipped and even more to be delivered, and got me absurdly delayed in the building process of the restaurant, safety say they are lying to you in their home page with ship times, or at least they did to me several times after I asked for updates. Must if not all items came with some sort of damage, and had to exchange a fan, which they got a bit angsty about and said they would charge me again if I didn't send the busted up fan, they had taken my money in full for the package months before so I was more angry than anything, customer service truly is sub par, I had to talk to at least four different people to get things sorted out, and still I was left not contempt with the experience, the. only thing left for me is todo my absolute best to try and not make any business with this company in the future.

"Horrible customer service"

Horrible customer service! I didn't get what I ordered. No apologies and nothing done to make it right. The customer service rep I was talking to got my order confused with another at one point and argued with me about instead of checking her order numbers. The guy that answered the phone was cussing and not professional. Absolutely no help or instructions for installing. Spend your money somewhere else!!!

Update: Tammy, the rep referred to above has contacted me multiple times now about this review. Not to apologize at all, but to argue and place blame on my installer. If I could change my 1 star to negative stars, I would!

Update 2, once again more excuses!! Just stop contacting me. If you people could at least apologize it would be different. But you can't even do that.
