I first spoke with on Ashley on January 11, 2025, and she was amazing! My husband and I are not very "tech savvy" and Ashley walked me through everything, including contacting Verizon to facilitate the change of carrier. When I became a bit frustrated at my inability to retrieve information Verizon needed for verification, Ashley "talked me off the bridge" and convinced me not to give up.

She explained that our SIM cards would be mailed and gave me her direct phone number to contact when they arrived.

Everything arrived exactly when she said it would and I called her. She put us through to a wonderful gentleman, named John. He was also wonderful . . . so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He walked us through the set up and Voila!, it worked. We are truly grateful for such good service.
