Love Patriot Mobile! Best decision. I love their conservative values. Knowing my money is going to worthwhile causes is huge. I never have service coverage issues. I’ve called customer service twice in about 4- 5 years and always reached a friendly American who promptly helped me.

The patriot support was understanding of my situation and offered several suggestions how my problem could be repaired or looked into further. It helps when you have clearly speaking English personal helping. I often feel a disadvantage speaking to someone that cannot communicate clearly which may result in not seeking help. I also made the point of the wonderful ways patriot mobile uses our dollars to go towards American values. This is why I went with they're services. I made mention that PM should partner with Starlink and further expanding the ways of communication so that the dead zones, weak signals and dropped calls are no more. Thanks Patriot Mobile.

"I need to maintain an app"

I need to maintain an app - along with Patriot - just to text better - with emojis, etc. Patriot does not offer this...so I keep a separate (paid for) app that allows this.

When we first signed up, I neglected to see one of their best options. I traveled to two places where I could not get service before calling customer service.

First, the lady on the phone was excellent. She was patient, kind and helped establish service in a remote area.

Second, it was then that I learned Patriot Mobile can reach places that some providers cannot. So, if you are frustrated with Verizon, AT&T or any other, Patriot Mobile can give you the flexibility to reach places that one or the other of the traditional networks cannot reach.
