"Top notch service people"

The employees who helped us set up our phones were so courteous, patient and helpful. They walked us through each step and we could tell they were here in the states. We encountered a problem transferring to one of our phones but they worked it out and kept us informed of their progress.
They always ended a conversation with “have a blessed day” which was very much appreciated!

"Locked into different carrier without wasting money."

Purchased a phone for use on ATT activated and used for a period of time then switched that line to your service which had to go through tmobile through your service which doesn't have great service in my area then went to switch back to att network and my phone was locked and did not want to purchase another phone and waste money so that phone is still on tmobile network. Instead of telling people no problem just be honest with what might happen if they switch carriers. Thank you have a great day

I loved the customer service I received early on. The people there were very professional and personable. It was a seamless transition from the abusive corporate giants to an up and coming company run by patriots that have the customers best interest in mind.
