I have a very good experience with deVere China; the support received always has been very professional, providing options and resolving all my queries.

My only advice would be that in the first 1-2 years, deVere might try to reach out customers by call and no wait that the customer goes to ask deVere, only to make sure that everything is going well and explain a bit more details in what is going in the market, this would be an excellent customer service!

I have been an expat in Shanghai and client with DeVere for more than 15years. The support provided has always been exemplary, with only a couple of advisors providing support during my tenure here. I have met and been involved with a number of other financial advisors during my time as an expat and have to commend Devere on the support and advice provided. The aspect that differentiates has been developing solutions tailored to my personal circumstances and attention to these needs. Devere has been proactive in identifying the type of investments that suit my risk/reward profile and identifying new products and/or changes to my present investments that could be advantageous to me. In addition they have provided me timely response to questions and concerns I have on new or existing activities, and advising tax efficient proposals to my circumstances. I am transitioning back to the UK, and look forward to a similar support from financial advisors within the UK team.
