I'm very happy with the service I receive from my adviser. During the setup of my investment my adviser took time to clearly and thoroughly explain the various investment tools available to me along with the pros and cons of each. I certainly didn't feel that anything was being hidden from me or that I was being deceived in any way, for example charges were explained and any potential gains were put into proportion.
At no time did I feel pushed or pressurized into doing anything I was not happy or ready to do.
Now that my investment is running I get my regular policy performance updates and on top of that I’m always kept up to speed with changes in the financial world.
