Salve sono molto soddisfatto delle vostre telecamere Annke modello NA48WHP le ho comprato NEL 2019, ne vorrei comprare altre da aggiungere al DVR ma non le trovo mi può indicare quelle compatibile

After waiting 3 weeks for my delivery, I discovered my parcel was missing with the courier. Prompted by an email form Annke to rate the product. After reporting, a replacement was quickly despatch. But there were 2 key components missing. The box may have been tampered with! After reporting this, replacements were sent within 3 days. This is excellent Customer Care and is much appreciated. Thank you Nikola

"Great resolution and App"

The camera resolution is great day & night. The App is easy to use after familiarizing with it. Technical support for more complicated issues require email correspondence which is cumbersome. Otherwise, very happy with this product and app design.
