au bout de 6 mois les problème commence pb disque dur introuvable le nvr ne reconnais plus le DD je rachète unDD 6 mois plus tard rebelote et des camera qui ne s intronise plus donc plus image
je réinitialise tout en sorti usine ca refonctionne saut le dd reste introuvable au bout de quelque jour ca recommence image noir maintenant c est écran qui commence a avoir des trait vertical vert rouge de la vrai m...

I purchased the H1200 - 4K 12MP 8 Channel Security Camera System from Annke UK, expecting high-quality, sharp footage as advertised. Instead, what I received was a complete joke—the so-called 12MP resolution is a blatant lie. The image quality is terrible, and the night vision is almost useless. For the price, I expected a premium system, but what I got was something that performs worse than budget cameras.
Faulty Camera Reported Within a Week – They Still Wanted Me to Pay Return Postage!
I reported a fault with the camera within the first week of receiving it. Despite the camera being faulty straight out of the box, they had the audacity to ask me to pay for the return postage!
It’s not even about the money—it’s the principle that annoyed me the most. Why should I have to cover return costs for a defective product? That’s their responsibility, and the fact that they tried to push this onto me just shows what kind of company they are.
Privacy Violation – They Wanted Remote Access to My Security System!
After struggling with the poor image quality, I followed every single troubleshooting step their technician recommended—none of which worked. Their next "solution"? They demanded remote access to my cameras!
Excuse me?! A security company asking for remote access to my security system? This is a massive privacy and security violation. How can I trust a company that wants access to the very system meant to protect my property? Completely unacceptable.
Customer Service From HELL – Over 55 Emails and No Refund!
Annke’s customer service is a nightmare. I placed two separate orders—one for the cameras and one for junction boxes. After over 55 emails and endless back-and-forth, they finally agreed to refund the postage costs.
However, when I returned BOTH the camera system and the junction boxes, they suddenly refused to issue the refund! What do they expect me to do with the junction boxes when I’m returning the cameras?! Their excuse? Because I returned the junction boxes, they wouldn’t refund my postage. How does that even make sense?
Final Verdict – Annke Is a SCAM!
This company is an absolute joke. They sell falsely advertised products, provide useless technical support, demand outrageous access to your system, and then refuse to honor refunds.
🚨 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Avoid Annke at all costs unless you want a useless product, zero support, and a fight just to get what you’re owed.
