Time difference what made my experience so great, contact from support was real good. Instruction on how
to setup remote system was very good and to export file was very helpful. The tech. Josie was very helpful by making sure contact password was correct and checking to be sure. Contact from support great and not just one time but many times and many days.

"Excellent customer service support for issue with old camera system"

Contacted Annke customer service about an issue with my camera system (which to be fair is 7 years old). 'Cindy' was brilliant, answered every individual question I had, including all follow-up questions, and checked one with her product manager to ensure she gave the correct answer. I really felt as though she was going 'over and above' and genuinely wanted to resolve my problem rather than just trying to fob me off as quickly and easily as possible. Truly excellent customer service effort. :)

"ANNKE cameras and support"

I have used ANNKE cameras and the recording box for many years. I have never had any mechanical issues and the picture quality from the 5mb cameras is still as good today as when I first installed them 4 years ago. There are many support articles to help you with resolving any technical issues i.e. setting up etc and to be fair it was simple, pictorial and helpful. The recordings are perfect and can be downloaded or saved to a file or usb. The software is really useful allowing many benefits including installing IP cameras. I like the brand and the support you get.

"Admin Password Reset"

Although it would have been preferable to being able to reset the password without having to load a separate app, export a xml file, email it and the load the xml file the support team sent me, it did work and I was able to reset my password. The support was quick and helpful.
