"My ear wax removal experience at Hear4u"

I attended an appointment this morning at Hear4u Leicester for ear wax removal. Right from walking through the door everyone was so friendly. The ear wax removal part went smoothly & Ben who carried out the procedure was very friendly & explained all he was going to do, putting me at my ease. The real upside of the experience is I can hear perfectly again, which is such a relief.
