Absolutely awful service would not ever recommend! My mum was 15 minutes late for her appointment due to traffic. She tried to call twice and it went to answerphone, she arrived and they refused to see her. They had already taken the £30 and would not rearrange the appointment and told her she would have to pay again! She asked to see a senior member of staff who again refused to help.

She said she would leave a review as was very disgusted with the service and they said they would take it down! Very rude customer service, just out for the money. I could understand if she didn’t turn up but she was 15 minutes late and tried call, I would urge you not to use this company!!!
