Website easy to navigate, although lack of ingredient list of product is annoying.
Delivery was a little slower than I expected, but it arrived within a decent time frame & product was as ordered.

Very speedy service. When I submitted my order I forgot to include the discount code. I contacted them so they adjusted the price accordingly. Makes you realise that there’s real people involved in the transaction - something we can’t take for granted these days so it’s worth an extra star!

I ordered some Neals Yard Remedies goodies which I haven't been able to find in Australia for a long time. While they were sitting in limbo with Australia Post tracking for 2-3 days, I turned to Google for reviews of Cosmetics Now and became worried that my order was coming from overseas and would take forever to arrive, if it arrives at all.
But then AusPost notified me to say the order is now in transit my worries soon vanished. I now have some much needed Neals Yard night cream and oil.

No issues with the product at all, just be aware that some of their products need to come from overseas first so when you get your Australia Post reference, it's not active yet. It took about 2 weeks to get to Australia (I'm guessing because we can't track that bit), but as soon as it did and the AusPost was activated, it was delivered within a day. Wasn't a problem for me because it wasn't an urgent purchase, but can imagine it might be if you are in a hurry. Good and quick response from customer service when I checked on this.
