I placed an order and it's been over a month and I still haven't received my product. They said it was already shipped, but I haven't received any receipt or even any communication from the carrier. I asked for a cancellation and refund and they're messing with me, saying that I'm the one to blame for not being home and not receiving the order, even though I haven't received anything in my mailbox. This company is easy to buy from and pay for, but when you decide to cancel or ask for a refund, things change.
