Do not order from this company. They repeatedly lie and do not resolve issues around shipping timing. I understand there are difficulties associated with the current Pandemic but of all the tens of companies I have dealt with over these testing times they have been by far the worse. So, so disappointing. It was the first time I tried them and I never will again. Shockingly, their response to my polite enquiries about shipping times have been rude.

I ordered a product Mar.23. It is May 26 and it has not arrived. They blame Covid but I have had many many deliveries since then. I've asked for my money back and they refuse always stupidly thanking me for my patience. 5 times! I've lodged a complaint with Mastercard. Do not so business with them. They are unprofessional and have zero customer service They do not stand by their business and their customer. A refund is due, this is their problem not mine.

Products were perfect and delivery as far as my city were great. The problem for me was that I was given to understand all duties/taxes were included in the shipping fee. After the shipment arrived at the DHL area in Ottawa I kept tracking it. It sat there over 3 weeks because there were outstanding charges to be paid. Aafter many inquiries I found that I was to pay the duty/taxes. I paid and the products were delivered tge next day.
The shipping fee was very very high. I understood that if I ordered more than $100 then shipping was free. So too many misunderstandings to make this an entirely satisfactory transaction. I am waiting for Cosmetics Now to refund the amount I paid to my credit card. I’m not thinking to go through this experience again. My advice is to be very clear with Cosmetics Now before paying.

Normally I find Cosmetics Now provides good service. This time there were several 'chase ups' necessary including system failure to use my reward points to my order and then my order placed May 9 for in stock product arrived on May 21. In spite of pandemic delays other on line purchases have arrived in 5-7 business days. I hope service improves with my next purchase.
