"They don't value their customers"

My order never arrived and they refused to refund me for the missing product's. I was put in a position where I had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get my money back, however this came at a cost because Afterpay (An online loan provider) was used, my credit has now taken a hit. I will NEVER order from this company again and will make sure to warn as many people as possible about their lack of ethics, integrity and professionalism.

Product came in good condition. Haven't tried it yet but it seems to be legitimate. Took off one star because it takes much longer to arrive than I would like. If you're okay with that then it will be five stars for you!

I am very disappointed with the whole process. Shipping was indefinitely delayed and customer support was not available on phone. On rare occasion when they picked up the call agents were very rude and uncooperative. They had no idea why delivery was delayed and kept saying you must be patient. The delivery date mentioned on the order is just an estimate and not a commitment.
Moreover, I realized later the product was shipped from Hongkong. This information was not mentioned anywhere on the website. The website mentioned domestic shipping and highlighted domestic days for shipping.
As expected product is of poor quality and is clearly not worth the money.
Sheer wastage of money. I would highly recommend to stay away.
