I ordered a product on 5/14 and when i tracked the product on 5/20 it said that the product has been dispatched on 5/16. I am in Malaysia please let me know when will i receive my parcel.

Pretty good! I ordered the YSL Le Cushion Encre de peau cushion foundation and although it arrived a little more than 10 days later (which i understand due to covid 19) the package eventually did come! It came very secured and wrapped up very protectively! I also am very happy with the product!

DONOT place an order with this company. I understand the impact of covid 19 however they are advertising 5-10 business days and I have been waiting 9 weeks since March 28th for my order. I’ve asked for updates and the agents on chat are rude, dismissive and they are STILL advertising max 10 business days even though they know customers are waiting minim of 9 weeks! Help I’ve still not got my order

If there's anything this pandemic has taught us, it is how to read between the lines with Australia Post.

Ordered a lip crayon on 11 April. Received a dispatch advice from Cosmetics Now on 13 April claiming 4-6 business days. Received a second dispatch advice 15 April. Sent an email to them April 22 asking if they had genuinely dispatched it to be asked to allow 5-9 days for delivery. Followed up by email again today as Australia Post had not picked up the parcel. I received no apology, no explanation just "as per tracking on your order..."

Now reading other reviews, I'm nervous to even put the product on my lips...

Customer service terrible and haven't dispatched when they said they had...

Delightful (sarcasm) little comment from cosmetics now. Yes, Australia Post is on time, cosmetics plus however, need to step up their game. Australia Post only received my parcel once I had followed up by email with Cosmetics Plus. Item was falsely dispatched.

I ordered the products online and noticed that the product will be deliver by FREE courier. To my surprise, I received text from DHL that I have to pay the courier fee. And it cost me s$48.60.


They were quick to response to the review and have resolve the problem. Thanks

"Cosmetics Now? More Like Cosmetics In a Month or Two"

I suggest Cosmetics Now change their name to Cosmetics in a month or two, if at all. Very deceptive process with products originating outside the US and taking weeks (or much longer) before the tracking number you've been given shows anything. Not impressed. Wouldn't order again.

The products arrived.... eventually. There was little to no indication on the website that Cosmetics.ca is an american company so products had to be shipped across the border. Four weeks is way too long to wait these days. The products themselves were fine and well packaged.

"Slow delivery... but who cares?"

Delivery on the slower side, but the lowest price around for the product I bought.
In summary: great seller if you are patient.
