I have been shopping at The pros closet for some time and had no issues with online orders and even selling my bike and wheelset. They offer some great deals and coupons which I really appreciate! I wish they offered better free shipping options as it only applies to certain items but otherwise it's a great place to shop

I called the Pro’s Closet prior to purchasing a CPO Santa Cruz 5010. They answered all of my wand helped me compare a couple of other bikes by spec and geometry. I ordered the bike after more than one conversation. The bike arrived in the condition as described and was simple to assemble. After a few rides, I had my LBS make a few adjustments, and the bike continues to perform well one year later. I feel like I got a good deal on a great bike.

Great bikes at a good price. This was my second bike purchase through TPC. Both were really good experiences. I would definitely recommend. They shipped the bike fast, the carrier had a pretty significant delay, but that’s not their fault.
