Habe leider mein Master Passwort verloren für ein Konto mit Premium Mitgliedschaft.

Support hat super geholfen, und mir meine Restlichen Premium Tage und Guthaben auf meinen neuen Account Transferiert, und das innerhalb eines Tages.

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, zumal das Preisleistungs verhältnis hier mehr als gut ist.

I had some questions about the Bitwarden emergency contacts feature and their support staff got back to me quickly and answered my questions. as someone who depends heavily on the password vault I really appreciated the timely response. I love the product and use it all the time. I would highly recommend their product.

I had trouble loading an update and after several attempts, I contacted Bitwarden. As you would expect there was about a 12 hour delay, but they were able to solve the issue. It’s comforting to know that you can reach humans if you have a big problem.

The iPhone Bitwarden app stopped accepting my master password. I emailed Bitwarden tech support and they responded in less than 24 hours with instructions to fix the new IOS 18 setting that caused the problem
