I have used Bitwarden for a few years. It has proven to be safe and very easy to use. I recently reached out with a question and was given a response within an hour. Customer service like that is not that common anymore. I like things that are simple and that work.

I needed to move my subscription from the US server to the EU server and support was prompt and very nice! Thank you Bitwarden Team for making it a breeze. I used Vaultwarden for quite a while and then pulled the trigger on BW premium and this has just solidified my resolve x50. Thanks a ton.

I was a long time subscriber to Keeper and DashLane but during the pandemic I switched as I was tired of their lackluster support and the pricing. That's when I discovered Bitwarden and I am LOCKED IN! The pricing is reasonable, the app is reliable on all devices and the support is incredibly quick, concise and friendly. I feel like Bitwarden is the secret star in the password management arena.

J'ai voulu tester pour son côté gratuit et pratique, mais en installant le plugin sur mon navigateur, j'ai vite fait marche arrière. En contrepartie, l'on leur donne accès au site visités, à ce que l'on fait sur ces pages, "au presse-papier". Autant dire toute votre vie... tout ça pour garder un mot de pass qui plus est, caduc pour moi puisque j'ai la double authentifications partout. Donc avoir le même mot pass et pas fort ne me dérange pas parce que je serais averti au premier essai d'un hacker. Les gens ne se rendent pas compte qu'il donne leur vie en contre-partie d'un gestionnaire de mot de pass. Franchement, à la rigueur, juste les sites que je visite, je m'en fous, mais là, c'est trop ... "lisez bien ce qu'ils vous demandent en échange, avant d'installer les plugins navigateur".
