I bought gold coins. I have been asking for some ten weeks for them to send the coins to me. They tell me because of Covid 19 they cannot do this because of insufficient staff.
The choices they offer are for them to buy back the gold which for coins bought in 2020 is only 70% of the value of the coins. One has to hold them for 5years for them to buy back at 95%. The other choice is they keep the coins in storage. Unable to talk to anyone in authority to resolve the matter because they are always in a meeting, not in the office, working from home, ringing back which they will not etc etc.
Bullion House is much better. No such problems.

My gold bar finally arrived and very nice it is too.
Everything I said below is true but I've upgraded my star rating by two because their prices are the best around, their staffing shortages due to covid19 didn't help and surely no one else can be as unlucky as I was!

How hard can it be?
I pay in full for an order that's in stock, someone picks it off the shelf, takes it to the post room where it's packaged and sent to me.
simple right?
2 weeks after my initial order and still no sign of my gold.
they even sent me a refund by cheque (even though I paid by debit card) and not only was it £6.70 short it BOUNCED!!!
and yes I've been in constant communication with them and every time I get reassured it's on it's way.
I even got told by senior manager 'Mo' that I've been 'pushed to the top' of his priority list which made, er, no difference whatsoever.
all in all I think it's fair to say that things haven't gone well.
