I paid for Charles 111 Crowned gold coins. Very good at promises but not with deliveries. Been waiting since 20 July for my order. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Do not answer phone calls or emails. Now asking bank to intervene and reporting them to the police.

Communication is poor after payment received, this company could not give a delivery date, repeatedly failed to call back after promises to do so, and when pressed for a delivery date, they could only respond blaming me for not being patient. They received payment from me nine days ago and I still cannot get a delivery date. Good news the goods arrived on the 6th September nearly one month after I paid. Just glad it's over

As a new purchaser of gold bullion, I naturally had a lot of questions.

My Account Manager Chris contacted the Buybacks Team and quickly provided a price that we were happy with, a profit of £650 per coin. It only took a few days to send coins and receive payment directly to my account. Great service.
