What a great company to deal with, I’ve just opened a Santander account and in comparison the Onmo app is much easier and less complicated to set up, the whole application process from application all the way through to account and app set up took less than 15 minutes, I have a great credit limit and my card will arrive within 7 days, the interest rate is ok too.

Been using my onmo card for over a year now, no issues whatsoever, I’ve never needed customer services so o can’t comment on that part. The only thing I would say is I’ve had no credit increase, that’s my only complaint.

"Here we go again"
Here we go again. £12 charge for going 23p over the limit due to Onmo not meaning their own credit limits sufficiently like every other credit card provider does. The 23p over has come from transactions not interest or other charges. I spend what the app states is available, they yell you the incorrect amount and you go over you limit so they can charge you a completely disproportionate amount to the amount THEY send you over. Them they charge you a further £12, because they have sent you over the limit with this £12. I have had these refunded in the past after complaining but why act is such a way in the first place to customers they already make profit from? Disgusting practice than I have not experienced with any other credit card providers including one who owns this company. Terrible experience time and time again, do not take a card with this company you will regret it and you will not help your credit rating.

"Account dormant after 8 days"
So after my last review they have closed my account as dormant. It's only been 8 days since I used it. Now they want me to settle my account so they can close it. 8 days is apparently classed as dormant with onmo. I'll stick to the credit card companies who understand credit cards are used when needed, not every day.
In reply to the below response, please feel free to request my account details and you can see when I last used my card. I've had this debate with your "customer service"
