I have had no end of issues from ONMO, for the second time in a year I have had fraudulent transaction on my account. In fairness they did sort the first one after 3 months of poor Comms and non existent customer services. However i have this week had another case of fraud on my account, this time thought their own 2 factor authentication system using the text message service they use to authenticate the app. £1199 taken out my account with again no help from customer services even tho the card on my account was frozen.
I would stay well clear, took the card out as the interest rate was good at the time. Biggest mistake ever!!

And I recommend everyone to check their interest amount and do calculations themselves!!
As soon as there is a problem, it's your fault! Nadia and Aran Singh in the complaint department can't even count or use a calculator. A £60 balance with a monthly Apr of 2.84 is £1.71 interest and not £1.90 that they have changed me.. Then there is several changes called 'first month interest' but I paid my fist months interest and now they won't explain what it's for.. Then I asked them to call me after 2pm so they called at 11.30am!
I have been charged too much interest and my statement doesn't say the same as my app..
Complain team are useless and don't listen to you and now they are refusing to give me my money back that they over charged me or even do manual calculations!!

I have been with onmo few months ago, they start me with £750,l pay more than my minimum every months,l wants a credit limit increase, can somebody let me know or who ever had onmo credit increase before and how long they can increase your limit, anyway onmo is fantastic, from Edward
