The application and card itself I can't complain however the online message service is AWFUL,I asked a question months ago and still nothing even though states within 48 hrs!!! 7 messages and no reply for months!! Otherwise would of given 5 stars
My question was I have been with you nearly 2 years, paid my balance off every month, never gone over my limit and yet never been offered an increase in my credit limit, why??

Very poor company, almost impossible to get hold of anyone there, and they completely ignore email and written communication.
I wouldn't recommend these to anyone, there are many better options out there
