The build quality is sturdy & reliable as is proven after the 6 months I’ve owned it and 1300 miles it has done with absolutely no issues. But the after sales care is the cherry on the cake. Through WhatsApp a repair I needed doing was arranged within 24 hours, shipped, completed & returned to me within a week. Not only that but a full service was done on the bike while they had it.
