I've had my hybrid for nearly 3 years now and I absolutely love it
It's never let me down.
I use it to commute daily and in all weather (North East of Scotland ❄🌧) nearly reached 3000 mile.
Battery is still good so is the motor
Still getting same speed out of it as well.
The website is well laid out and easy to navigate, same goes for ordering spare parts they have every part that you might need with excellent communication any questions just ask and shipping is quick only couple of days

This is a real review guys this bike has changed my life for the better gets me around everywhere I need to go and always puts a smile on my face! yes it’s had a few hiccups (Hybrid 1000w) and the battery could last a little longer but it’s been nothing but solid and I’ve abused this bike everytime I go out on it with 2800 miles, I can tackle the IOW biggest hills😂👌🏼 ersins team are top lads too always speedy with helping you and sorting u out parts under warranty thanks guys

What can I say!! This company is absolutely unbelievable! All bikes will get small issues over the miles they cover, but here at unrestricted bikes, no matter what the issue they are always so friendly and helpful. Their bikes are 100000% excellent and last!!

I have had the full suspension version for about a year used daily rain wind or shine. Very pleased with the bike and service from unrestricted.
Have not taken the bike to jumps yet but intend to buy second wheel ad give it a go.
