I have had my bike for a year and 3 months now, and I have to say the bike, the support (aftercare) and the advice provided is 5 star service level.

What stands out is the product knowledge and the advice and they even try to save you money which is always a bonus in my book.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to afford a brand new Ersin e-bike, but after a lot of searching I was lucky enough to find an immaculate second-hand Ersin Step Through bike, which was the model I wanted. I had quite a few questions and sent several emails to Ersin, all of which he answered straight away. I really appreciated his willingness to answer my questions even though I hadn't bought the bike directly from him. I really love the bike and I just can't stop riding it! It's the best bike I've ever had... so much FUN! My friends and family are very impressed, and are also becoming tempted by an Ersin e-bike. If you want a well-built bike that will zoom up hills, and that's really enjoyable to ride, and you want personal service from the guy who builds them, then I have no hesitation at all in recommending UnrestrictedBikes. Go for it!
