Owned my ersin 1000 for about 18 months now and over 2000 miles, had a small battery issue and gave ersin a call, posted the battery back and within a matter of hours of recieving the battery he has repaired the issue, upgraded it and sent it back on next day delivery!

Quick responses and helpful answers. Bike does exactly what it says it does. Very fun bike and ride. Only downside to the bike is the weight but i think it's needed due to the speeds. Battery life is good could use a bit longer. Worth every penny of the price in my opinion. If you're looking for an electric bike for either off road or getting to point A and B this is your bike.
