Really excellent service from start to finish. I chose an HP PC and asked whether an HP Care Plan was applicable. Not only did Ben go out of his way to find out, but he also registered the Plan for me. Unfortunately, the PC did not suit me (no fault of the Tech Outlet), so I needed to return it.
