"Jack was amazing"

Jack was amazing, I found the car I wanted, reserved it online, than test drove it. Loved the car, there were a couple of issues with the car which were resolved when I picked it up. The rating is due to the lack of aftercare. When we picked the car up the tyre pressure light came on, I reported it to Wilson’s, who suggested it could be the weather affecting the tyre pressure. I took the car to my local mechanic who confirmed there was a cut in the tyre???, I paid to fix the tyre, called Wilson’s who asked if I could bring the car back to Epsom.Too little too late.

Follow up to my earlier 5 star review is mixed. The accessories we ordered never came and so we ordered them elsewhere and asked for a refund which they refused. Then they finally produced them, only one didn’t fit. All in all a mess. Better at sales than after sales.

From start to finish my experience with wilsons epsom was Great.
Ryan, in advising and answering all questions in regards of the car I was looking to purchase.
Lucy took over from there sorting out everything onwards from the test drive, all paper work, making sure the car was serviced, cleaned etc. All questions answered and dealt with. She was fantastic, a joy to deal with nothing was to much trouble. Throughly recommend wilsons and these two 👌
