"We’d be lost without Vetsure"

We’d be lost without Vetsure. We’ve had our dog since he was 8 weeks old. After lots of research I chose to take a lifetime policy with Vetsure and it’s the best decision we ever made. For the first 18 months of his life our pup was super healthy with minimal issues and then at 18 months old he developed a skin condition which we’ve claimed for every month with no hassle. For many years our monthly premium was lower than the cost of our dog’s monthly treatment. Our dog is now 7 years old and has developed some joint issues which again Vetsure has helped us out with and settled without any hassle. Today we found out we need to send our dog for CT scans at a cost of over £3,000. I called Vetsure to discuss and they have spoken with the vets and already provided a pre-authorisation for us to have the reassurance that the cost of the scans will be fully covered (minus any excess due). The team are always so caring and compassionate when we speak with them and truly care about our dog’s wellbeing. During a stressful time of worry about our dog’s health - to have excellent service with a policy which provides exactly what we purchased it for, I couldn’t ask for anymore from Vetsure.
If you’re reading this review wondering whether to use Vetsure, I can honestly say in the last 7 years this company have been incredible for us - without them, we would have had financial pressures on top of the emotional pressure of giving our dog access to the best care and I’m so glad we chose Vetsure.

"Really good experience and very helpful"

Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the representative I spoke to regarding my dogs insurance quote but she was really helpful and explained everything fully prior to agreement. No hard sell of extras or options just clarified the points I’d raised on my initial online quote and added the extra 5% discount for using the combined vertsure practice scheme. Listened to my dogs life stories as well!!

Overall a great experience, hope I’ll never need the cover though.

Really swift efficient claim process. Very impressed at how easy it was to claim because vet practice completes all the details dates and costs of treatment. Good to have the reassurance of cover when our two year old cat had a tail pull injury and had to have his tail amputated.
