"Feels like they don't want to make a sale"

The website said the product "would leave the factory" in 1-8 weeks. One to eight weeks? Put a realistic time frame in! I ordered way early to be sure it was delivered by Christmas. Then WITHOUT ANY NOTICE it was delivered like a week later. Surely Norwall could have anticipated that it would arrive within a week. Don't blame supply chains for that. A week AFTER the delivery, we got an email saying it was on it's way. Wha? And the return policy and the pages and pages of paperwork you have to certify you've read are the worst I've seen. You are supposed to open the box and inspect it on the street (the farthest the deliverer will carry it) to see if it's okay? We want to set it up and try it before we know it's okay. I would never order from Norwall again.

"Outstanding Customer Service"

I ordered a generator and a pad. I called first to make sure they had one in stock. They confirmed the availability. They shipped it quickly and sent shipping information right away. The freight company damaged the pad in shipment. I followed the shipping procedures as they told me to when rejecting a shipment for damage. They were so helpful getting me a replacement. I was really surprised how helpful they were, and how quickly I got the replacement. These folks know how to do online business. Highly recommend.
