I brought my wife a aquamarine and diamond white gold ring, service etc until this was perfect. upon receiving the ring there was a chip in the aquamarine stone so we sent it back and I was advised that they would be replacing the ring two pweeks ago and since that time I have reached out multiple times to find out when it will be sent and if there is any update or delay just to be met with promises of an update as soon as possible. Today I was told I would get an update by the end of the day and I am still waiting. Bear in mind the purpose of the ring was a birthday present which has now passed by 4 weeks ago.now new update they will receive the new ring in two weeks them will send it for hallmarking which in their words take a few weeks to do.... all in all when I ordered it online 2 days and it was delivered now there is a issue it's going to take months to get it replaced..
