I purchased a personalised figaro bracelet that I wanted engraved with my friends name for her birthday. I ordered the bracelet in September with plenty of time for my friends birthday. It came within 3-4 days which I was surprised as it said hand made by jewellers. When it turned up the name plate that is shown as a shiny gold on the website was very muted and cheap looking. I went back and forth on email for 2 weeks asking if the gold should be muted or shiny and finally was told to send it back to be checked. I sent it back and ask for them to remove some of the chain links while it was fixed as it was too large. 2 months later and 6 weeks after my friends birthday I have had the bracelet back, the gold is shiny as it should be but the links have not been removed. For the £120 price tag, zero compensation for my time and trouble and a lack of customer service I would avoid this jewellers at all costs, after being left with a bracelet that is still not what I asked for. I do not have the time to be sending and emailing constantly regarding about something that shouldve been correct the first time. I now have to spend more time and money taking it to another jewellers to be made smaller, I shouldve just got a refund the first time round
