For the third week in a row, Caroline and her team cannot demonstrate any progress and claim to be "continually chasing" as an excuse for inaction. They are unable and unwilling to commit to dates and refuse to seek commitments from the seller's solicitor, thereby perpetuating delays. Will this purchase ever complete?
